2. The first services building to build is the Market. Market is the one who influence the houses and the best place to construct it is near the default houses.
3. Upgrade the houses near the market to level up your happiness and to add more population to your town.
4. Second basic services building to construct is the school. This were you training skilled worker for your other services building like police for the police station and fireman for the fire station.
5. Third services building to build is the Police Station. Its use to influence the market, the city hall and the house. Best place is beside the market and near with the default houses
6. Fourth one is the Fire Hall. It influences your storage. Its is important to upgrade your storage at this moment since your product building is already upgraded and you need more storage for the new supply.
7. The Last one to build is the Hospital. It should be constructed at this time because your town is already constructing more buildings and accident happens.
8. As you accomplished all the basic services buildings expect more needs in your town. You have recruit more skilled and unskilled worker. Build or upgrade more houses to improve your population. Upgrade to the next level the roads.
